Flooding in Pennsylvania - Cocalico Creek - September 8th 2011

Based on what I see in this video, Pennsylvania is much greener than Southern California where I live. Its another part of the country. Heck, where I live, it seems like it is turning into a desert due to global warming and climate change. It seems to me like the climate is becoming drier where I live. We have had almost no rain so far this winter, and our "rainy season" is in the winter. I don't know if it is getting drier here, but to me that is what it seems like.
