Hat man acts like a nervous father when his children are around a lot of strangers. Hat mans body movements remind me of Michael in THIS IS IT when Michael is standing behind Kenny when they are watching the Cadence scene on the computer and Michaels says, "That's a cool move and 'Take it to infinity." just like when hat man goes and talks to the lady sitting behind the table at the ceremony. Pear jr. has a video clip of it on her latest video. YES WE CAN FEEL IT......BELIEVE IT!!! ;-)

@BLESSEDJOY43 I agree much with you. Though there is the possibility that it is Bill Branca, the bro of John Branca (looks very similiar). There are some pics of him in the net, but for me, he isn`t. For me, he is disguised as Bill Branca. But real proofs are missing, we can only relate to what we feel abt it. Much love:)

What Really confuses me is that HATMAN wears the same hat and CLOTHING ..0__o...and he wears sunglasses in dark places . I saw pictures of branca brother ...and he doesnt look the same.. nobody doesnt know who he is lol

the 'mystery man' is bill branca, john's brother, who was also very good friends with MJ. Thus, mystery solved...no MJ hiding around anywhere..sorry, but you guys keep dreamin. Google him, you can see his photos.

I saw this guy at Fanfest in Las Vegas in December. He was with Branca. He appeared to be some sort of assistant to him. He didn't look or act like someone in disguise in my opinion. I have no idea what his name is, though. I've tried to find out with no luck. What is the name of the song in the video? I like it.

@luvmybucky14 The name of the song is "Earth", Immediate music. Abt this man: I heart abt him and saw a pic of the fan-fest. His name is Bill Branca and he is the brother of John Branca. I watched several pics of the real bro of John and he looks similiar. But the man at X-factor and the ceremony and seemingly the man at the fan-fest looks somehow different to me. You know how good Michael was in disguising... Ofcourse I can`t say it for sure, but I think, it is a disguised -

It reallly has to Michael! you can tell it's a disguise. only Michael fans can tell it's him by his body language and if it is not Michael jackson then why didnt we see this man at his funeral? he seems to be really close to the family, he was at xfactor right behind katherine and his kids. Keep believing he is alive. He never died. and Quincy jones said it in the speech he gave Michael never left the room. ;)

My thought is that Michael is loving that his children got to have a part in the ceremony to "immortalize" him.
