if u see better, u see that latry play keys on the 2 nd manual, and the sound dont' stop when he release .... he press again the same keys to stop sound... like an interruttor on off :) what is that ? i never seen this function on pipe organ
@gngeannakakes Generally organists use the mutated flue and flute stops for bird imitations - Notre Dame has lots of these on the manuals and pedals i.e. Solo division Quinte 5 1/3, Tierce 3 1/5, Septieme 2 2/7, Quinte 2 2/3. The pedal has no less than eight independent mutation stops, including the famous Septieme 4 4/7.

@ateschio79 Notre Dame has lots of gadgets including a "sostenuto" function which, I believe, is what you saw Latry using here.
