Lars and James are two completely different people. Lars just likes to get things done as they go along, but at the same time he has aspirations for being a popular rock star who gets to ravish in the luxuries of fame and fortune.

James on the other hand, is a lot more easygoing but still does things more orderly (hence his pushing of his schedule on everyone). Also, he seems like he's just doing all of this more for his own enjoyment rather than for his own desire for popularity and fortune.

I totally agree with Kirk at 10:12 - 10:30, I mean Guitar solo's of 2000-2003 didn't really exsist thanks to creation of Nu-Metal, don't get me wrong I like some Nu-Metal bands but that trend began killing the Guitar solo; thankfully other heavier bands helped to restore it (i.e Muse, RATM, RHCP and so on). However the Guitar solo - Decent Rock Music all together - is once again in danger, hopefully another generation of talented Rockers who no the meaning of the word are on the horizon.
