Ormzen, it depends on the file size and traffic, but it usually takes less than 24 hours. Sometimes just a few minutes. Zamzar is great, but sometimes the audio volume will be low...not usually, but sometimes.

That would be because the voice of GlaDOS' voice has been tweaked with software. Either Melodyne, Autotune or something similar to those two. So that particular voice style can be achieved in any language as long as you use software with identical/similar settings.
