I loved these guys then and do to this day..."Free Life" was an amazing experience and shall be with me always, as the very foundation of my career in music.
Just Face the facts the whole Free life album was and still is a Hit, we all should start a world wide campaign to reform the group and let them produce more real music
@juliusdigital : Pardon the enormously delayed response... I didn't mean to downplay the group; I hope you took no offense. Between emotion and pedigree, my ear naturally singled out Winnie's hollering ad libs woven through the piece. I hope you are well. :-)
This song has brought a tear to my eye, this was one of my uncles jamz, he put me on to this, I have been searching high and low for this album, to whomever shot this on here, may God bless your soul, thank you. R.I.P. Gip Dawg!!
great job for the posting glad to see i was the only to buy this album.. can you download 2nd coming from that album as well.. great album, with help from phillip bailey, lee ritenour, larry dunn, patrice rushen.. to name a few artist on album

All due respect, Free Life did this first. The Temptations cut their version in the eighties, after Dennis Edwards left the group.
