  • yeah ik i just like to keep my engines in the best condition possible i usually just thread some pipe into it lol im guna make a vid of mine after i get some gas im broke

  • have fun burning the valves??

  • @mrawesome14b 2 Mins is not going to do anything...Its a long term effect, Ive tried on briggs mower for months and months with no exhaust...Only thing that happened was my ears went Boom! :)

  • Which carb do you have there?

  • @123gilles321 you can fit a 98cc alloy carb on it but you also need a mainfold from the 98cc alloy engine otherwise it wont fit but it does not run right what ever you do to it so you need to get a carb from a briggs or a tecumseh.

If you still have the original mainfold you will not be able to use a carb from a larger engine, you may be able to fit a mini moto carb to it with the original mainfold

its a trial of error, may or may not work

test a few different carbs and keep the best!

    thanks

  • Which carb can i fit to my Suffolk Punch engine? Which carb do you have in the video?

  • what kind of bike are you putting it on

  • @biggamehunters2 It was in a board track racer and it pulled well and was really fast BUT i toke it appart to paint and at the same time moved house so i bet you know what happend, all the bearing went missing and i never went back to do it :-(

but the engine still is a scremer (even better than in the videos now)

  • @richiesuffolkpunch11

I HAD TO REMOVE THE VALVE GUIDES and machine them to fit the retainer

Works perfect and never smokes :)

Will make a video of it in the next few weeks IF YOU WANT(how to remove and modify the valve guides to fit the retainers and which one to use)

  • A friendly word of Warning..

I had one of these engines, A 75G engine (75cc)

What I did one day I ran the engine, No muffler on engine, A slightly leaky fuel bowl. there was no muffler, a spark came out the Exhaust, set the fuel on FIRE, In my quick response, turned fuel off, it very soon died down enough, I got a watering can just to douse down any flames.the fire went out, Breathed a sigh of releif. but rather scary when it dose happen.

  • no worries! I always have a fire extinguisher next to me :)

  • Good Man..

  • That's a nice looking little motor you've got there.

  • thanks!

    its geting better now!

will post a video as soon as get a camera!

  • That is amazing! Awesome job! Is that two stroke or four stroke?

  • thanks

its a 4 stroke(you can tell by its sound!)

  • Thats what I thought...

  • Good work! Looks like you got her running great!

  • Fantastic!, I have just brought one of these back from the dead!

You really have a done a smashing job one that! Well done!

  • thank you!

i will make another video showing it with the new carb on(even faster revs than the one on this video)

and now the valves float and makes an amazing sound!!!

  • Thanks,

I was giving mine a good rev yesterday, I was trying to get the exhaust stub of, it's steel and the block is aluminium so it had almost welded itself in! With some heat in the exhaust it took an hour o get it out with a pair of "Mole grips"! You get lots of flame on the overrun now!

  • thats great work mate good job got the same engine but with a different carb

  • thanks (my carb now is different, is a honda style(pit bike) carburator and it works a lot better!

  • nice got the same engine

  • Excellent job you have done there!!!!

  • thank you(about 2 weeks of hard work to make it!)

  • amasing
