First. There's a difference between killing somebody and doing a burnout lol Second, there are certain things you can't do anywhere, and things you cant do on PUBLIC property.
EX: I can masturbate at my home.

it's not about the ticket. Of course he can pay it. the problem is that this is reckless driving. It goes to your license record, your insurance goes higer and (i don't know where this video was recorded BUT) on my country: if you get 3 tickets for things like this you get your licence suspended for a couple of months, then a year and then FOR LIFE!
Don't matter if is private property (i can't kill someone on my backyard ;) ).

@UltraSWG You may be right but I believe this is in Australia and you are from USA. Even though theses two countries have variations of the common law system they are not the same. Maybe you should learn the law as well. Btw, this system blows big time. Common law < civil law ftw.
