  • he could have easily said that he lost control>!

  • Sorry officer....My foot slipped off the clutch....

  • lame

  • drive away perhaps? scared? that ferrari should loose them unless amateur driver.

  • @bujashaka

Yea but consider that the cop doesn't even need to chase him. He's got his plates, his information, where he lives, everything assuming it's insured. If not, even a Ferrari can't outrace a helicopter and the entire police force. Numbers + Air Support > Speed every time.

  • @DJK290 You obviously haven't heard of Ghost Rider.

  • @TupacX2Pak

    Lol.

  • haha in nz if u get caught with loss of traction you get ur car taken off you :/

  • @SuperchargedTT $500 fine isnt it?

  • @GuitarNewZealand na coz i got my car taken of me for doing a burnout in a carpark

  • Cops could give you a ticket for doing that since your not supposed to drive over parking lanes.

  • Just when you don't want them around, they show up....bummer.

  • fucking lookout completely failed.

  • ha ha nothing they can do about it ..... y did he stop u ? to ask how much HP does the car have ? lol

  • sorry officer i was trying to avoid a squirrel.

  • win

  • Its not illegal to do that on private property....

  • @madjimms I agree with you. As long as it is not on a public road the cops do not have the right to pull you over, unless the owner of the private parking lots calls the cops. I had the same ticket, and took it to court, and the law was on my side.

  • @Advancedlites either way its dangerous to the public

  • @madjimms

It can be if it is seen. Keep in mind in the US, the owner never "owns" the car. He owns the rights to drive it. All motor vehicles belong to the state. That's why they can "steal" your car indefinitely by impounding it. It's why if for any reason the state needs your car (say it was an army spec hum-v or Avalanche or something useful) they can take it out of impound without your consent.

So they can make the case you took their car off the grid to pull your shenanigans.

  • @DJK290 The vehicle title is a legal document stating that you are in possession of the vehicle. Not even the state can take that away if you use the vehicle on PRIVATE property (unless a crime is involved)

  • if he can buy the car he not has to worry about a ticket

  • dammm bro where was this at?

  • That looks like private property. You can't get a ticket for doing that in a parking lot! Totally legal.

  • @Ninjalectual

Any motor vehicle that is used in a dangerous manner can be confiscated if it poses a threat to the safety of any individual. The State owns the car, you just bought the rights to drive it. You won't get a ticket, but they can sure as hell take your car.

  • @DJK290 Where I'm from, first offence 48 hour impound, second 3 months impound, 3rd offence car is crushed no questions.

  • @DJK290 So the state has to pay the bank if I don't? No, you're completely crazy. The state does NOT own my car! That's stupid and ridiculous.

  • @Ninjalectual

If you knew anything about the law, you would know this to be true. Your car, if you have bought it, can still be confiscated by the state. The state owns your car's MSO. The Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is transferred to the dealership you or the original "owner" bought the car at. When purchased, the MSO (official title of possession for the car) is sent to the state to be kept and documented. The state now owns your car. You have permission to drive it.

    Sad but true.

  • @DJK290 You are the stupidest person on youtube, and there are almost nothing but morons here. No, the government does not own my car or anyone's private car. Often the bank does. The government never does. Shut up now, idiot.

  • @Ninjalectual

Prove my wrong you ignorant nimrod. I worked at a car dealership for six years, and am now in the legal industry.

I'm sorry to burst your perfect little bubble but no, you do not own your car. You own the privilege to be the sole driver of said car, but since you do not have the actual deed in your possession, you do not own your car.

And real original, calling someone an idiot on youtube because you can't handle the truth of my statement. Have fun burning out the gov't's car.

  • The bank owns the settlement receipt, which gives them the agreement right to "own" the car until you pay for it, but the actual physical car belongs to the person or corporation that possesses the MSO. Sorry to burst your bubble, you ignorant and arrogant nimrod.

  • @Ninjalectual

The dealer sends the MSO to city hall once registration has been completed.

The MSO is the official title and deed to your car. If it is in the state's possession, they possess the right to overrule your right to a car.

It's why if a police officer or other judicial system field employee needs your car (you would think it only happens in movies, right?) and you refuse to give it to him, you can be charged with aiding and interfering. It's the state's car ultimately.

  • Ferarri*

  • @ruckingfetards

    feRRaRi *

  • @ruckingfetards

    Ferrari*

  • all he did was pit it in drive. the fararri is that bad ass

  • Oops wrong way

  • hi there officer, um i didn't know i couldn't do that!

  • Mr officer, if i give you a ride, would you forget my ticket?

  • WHAT !

    i was U turning !

  • Haha... ouch!

  • He can afford the ticket.......

  • Police fail.

  • At ocean city during the yearly car event, this guy did a burn out and when a cop pulled him over he told the cop to write him 2 more tickets because hes going to do it 2 more times.

  • @BassFIow

I am going Ocean City on the 22th this month

i love it there in summer . all these outcountry girls come to work

when do they do the car show?

  • @yotchsy I went their 4th of July weekend, had a great time. My grandparents have a really nice house about 8 minutes (with no traffic) off of 144th street. They have this upstairs above the garage me my brothers and some friends chill up there and drink and smoke, I'm 20 so I can't go to the bars yet, but when I hit 21 It will be much much better :) but the Classic car show is In june, but there are many different car shows down there every year, google them.

  • @BassFIow

    Sweet!

I went there 4 of July last year and was cool

I wanted to go this past 4th but the hotels were packed now I am going on the 22th and we rented a house on front of the beach for a weekend..

I used to race ( street racing) in torrance california but after i saw a friend die when he lost control of the car i stopped sold my car and i rather to race jetski now.. lake Anna best for it.

  • Summer tires are not good when it's not hot enough

  • Its a Ferrari officer how the hell dont you burn the tires off?

  • Officer my foot slipped off the clutch!

  • Cops. They always appear at the worst of times.

  • @counterclockwise123 they spawn at a donut store

  • Some guy spilled some oil on the road , officer .

  • Funny how the doughnut ends with the car facing right in front of the police car, that belongs on a movie like The Hangover

  • Witcho dumb ass lol

  • hahahaha

  • Ahh, My foot slipped off the clutch officer ;<D

  • @CutlassSupreme455 I thought the same ;-)

  • Hmmm, the video title says burnout?

And isn't a Dohnut meant to be a complete circle?

once you've paid your fine and learned to drive that car, post a vid that actually does what it says!! :-)

  • man fuck the cop let him have his fun its not everyday u catch a Ferrari trying to do a donut.

  • uh i must have hit black ice?

  • well it's not like he can't afford the measly fine

  • Haha sucks

  • Um, it's a parking lot so how does he get fined?

  • @LordFabs public property, willfull damage etc.

  • sorry officer i used 2 drive a piece of shit hyundai ddnt kno this thing would take off like that..i tried stopping but it spun out

  • When the cop pulled up he should have waited for him to get out of his car, and blasted the fuck out of there. I guarantee he could have got that car in his garage and ate a bowl of cereal before they found him.

  • @DocSicnarf Licence Plate

  • @DocSicnarf Well...I doubt it. See, he obviously doesn't know how to drive the thing; look at how he spun around and ground to a halt instead of doing a real burnout or donut. I'm guessing that an attempt to speed away would have ended in a nasty crash, with the unspeakable loss of a fine Maranello.

  • you can afford a ferrari you can afford the fine

  • Way to buy the pussiest Ferrari.

The fucking California... LOL I bet a girl was driving.

  • @xVolKaniK Thats not a california, its a 575M

  • @MetalheadEchidna actually it's a Ferrari 456...

  • @xVolKaniK I'd gladly take a California anyday

  • All you to say is there is a man trying to attack me and I'm not a very good driver.

But also how unlucky can you get????

  • just say that you was driving it for the first time, and didnt know how fast it was

  • u cant get a ticket in illinois for that because its private property. all he can do is show his DL

  • stać na ferrari stać na mandat

  • That what you get for trying a half ass doughnut and being a pussy

  • If that was me it would have been a piece-a-cake to convince them dumass cops that this is a Toyota and the pedal got stuck

  • Maybe if he actually Knew how to drive it....

  • POOF ! the crown vic appeard..........and now for my next trick ladies and gentlemen...

  • cops cant drive,so just drive away! fuck police!

  • do cops get payed more for pulling over exotic cars?

  • BTW for the record, its not a private parking lot. Theres an outside produce market in the street above.

  • Holly shit thats the market place in clifton. or south paterson, whatever you call it.

  • Fucking pigs..

  • @1985Stallion , got that right :) half the state troopers will be on my ass befor i reach the borders ...

  • The guy in the Ferrari was the Police Commissioner.

  • Fuckin pig ruins everything!

  • Private parking lot... I don't know where this was filmed, but in Canada all that would get you is a noise violation, which can easily be fought (as officers do not carry dB meters). If it was on commercial/industrial land between normal hours, it would not even get you that.

  • dudu u got a ferrari and he got a crown vic. wat r u a bitch ?! if i had that he would have been a mile behind ^_^

  • @darkm1995 You may be able to outrun a crown vic but you can't outrun the radio...dammit.

  • @1985Stallion gotta get radios to listen to when they report you, then you drive into your friends enclosed car trailer and make it away safely

  • i know im a smartass but i didnt see a burnout in any way

  • what can ya say? Cops love donuts.

  • @couponsareinside hahahahaha good one

  • @couponsareinside hahaha couldn't of said it better myself

  • @couponsareinside it made my day, LOL

  • @couponsareinside preach!

  • @couponsareinside they do love donuts, but he didnt do a full circle thats y he got stopped lol

  • How can they do anything if you are on a privet parking lot?

  • @potzahasee01 it's still a form of wreckless driving, & it was most likely a public establishment which is still considered public property. At least that's how it works here.

  • Dumbass rookie!

  • what seems to be the officer, problem?

  • Comment removed

  • Looks to me like they are not on a public road. So I'm assuming no ticket?

  • Problem, officer?

  • lol i wanna know what happened afterwards

  • one cuestion... in united states, people is gone to jail only for do burnouts??

  • @tinchosatan nah you just get a fine for wreckless driving and what not

  • bull shitt man its a fucking packing lot! stupid cops always come for a donuts!

  • The cops were in a public place and HAD to jump all over this guy. Imagine what it would have looked like if it was a civic and the cops had just sat?

You would probably have liked that even less.

Cops have escorted high speed Ferrari (140+) play runs in my area of the country. I will not say names to protect the not so innocent.

He's not getting a ticket for doing a lame burnout . He was getting a ticket for stupidity.

  • Seriously, how is this any big deal. They're not on a busy street, they aren't endangering anyone, come on. Hopefully the cop said "that was kick ass, be careful boys!" and let them on their way! IMO

  • Careless/Reckless driving is a bummer :( There's 5 points on your driving record! Enjoy your raised insurance premium! :)

  • I would have just told the cop i was learning how to drive stick

  • @cheesegoat824 Would not work lol

  • private property = no ticket. only a butt chewing

  • i dont think that ticket is gunna bother him, after all he has a fucking car that cost as much as a house?

  • He was unlucky if he didnt mean to do it intentionally to piss cops off.

  • @rforracing unlucky , i would just say hes stupid. maybe find a parking lot that isnt pack 2 the tits . looks like hes doing this to show off his lack of driving skills and car and brutaly failed

  • go bust a meth lab you pussys

  • HAHAHAHA

  • Soo? It's illegal to turn 180? To slide the tires? What's wrong, is it the smoke? Or did he do it too well, was that it? I imagine that if he did this accidentaly or clumsily and hit something he would get no fine...

  • @borthwey Or the fact that he took risks in a public place. If you want to do 180s or burnouts find some private land, not a car park where there's going to be kids about.

  • @rawrgrr4298 So what risk was there in what he did? Do you think a wheel would perhaps fall off and hit a parked car? Actually, the worse that could have possibly happened really took place: a police car noticed his spinning manoueuvre.

  • im sure the cops followed him around waiting for him to do something lol.

  • In BC, this guy's car would be impounded! :D

  • IMO, that was mall security.... Just sayin

  • @66gt40lm Ha yea i noticed too. I wouldv'e ran. Btw mall security only chases you out the parking lot and calls the cops. So if you can take off to the nearest exit then jump on the highway and get off the first exit with a food place or gas station. Hide out there for a little while and youll be good. Me and a couple friends were doin donuts and drifting in the parking lot and we got away fine. Thumb this up so it can help other ppl!

  • @oOoKNIFEDoOo Shit even if the cops catch you after mall security calls them, just ask them to prove it. They can't prove shit. I got away with some serious shit once because of that. This lady got pissed that I sped down her road a lot, she called the cops. They pulled me over the day I actually wasn't speeding, but they had no proof and couldn't give me a ticket for anything. Funny stuff, that cop was extremely pissed cause I basically told him prove I did something or fuck off. He fucked off.

  • @66gt40lm the mall security car has an in dash camera that probably recorded the incident, so they have their evidence there

  • Was he Cited?

  • " sorry officer, its got too much power, i can't control it yet " lol

  • I woulda rolled down my window, yelled "FUCK THE POLICE!" and taken off.

It is a Ferrari after all.

  • @cedartowndawg..yeah the ferrari can outrun a police car....but not the police radio.

  • @cedartowndawg no car is faster then a cell phone lol

  • @daltonklinkenberg

    it's the radio.

  • @cedartowndawg Sure you would have...

  • @cedartowndawg and the police would start chasing u untill u run out of gas... big deal

  • @cedartowndawg He wouldn't get away.

  • @cedartowndawg can't outrun choppers lol

  • @cedartowndawg ya cause ferrari's are invincible

  • @cedartowndawg what about the license plate then? :D

  • a real man would have taken off

  • The video ended before we could see what happend , hell for all we know the cop could have asked could he give it a shot! lol!

  • Ok... Let me explain the killing on your lawn :)

First. There's a difference between killing somebody and doing a burnout lol Second, there are certain things you can't do anywhere, and things you cant do on PUBLIC property.

EX: I can masturbate at my home.

EX: I can NOT masturbate at a public library, or at a traffic light.

(note the example does not apply if Christine o'Donald is present) ROFL

  • @danielcg254 you funny hahhaha ;)))

  • i'd still do it

  • Fuck the cops, I wish he would give me a ticket for that.

  • it's not about the ticket. Of course he can pay it. the problem is that this is reckless driving. It goes to your license record, your insurance goes higer and (i don't know where this video was recorded BUT) on my country: if you get 3 tickets for things like this you get your licence suspended for a couple of months, then a year and then FOR LIFE!

Don't matter if is private property (i can't kill someone on my backyard ;) ).

  • @setsunaes "Don't matter if is private property (i can't kill someone on my backyard ;) ). " yes you can.. you just need to do it right so that there are no witnesses, no screams, no gunshots, and no body. then afterwards get rid of murder weapon. :) works all the time. just ask the mob. :)

  • can you sat roflstomped owned? lol

  • Lol.. This actually happened to me the other day in my firebird.

  • @Kflow123789 A firebird can do a burnout? Never seen that before.

  • @Audiolaboratory seriously? lol. or are you just trying to be a douche-bag?

  • @oilerman31 Douche-bag. Whats your address and Ill send you a bag of douche's?

  • @Audiolaboratory just go on and send them to your moms address. im there most of the time anyway.

  • @oilerman31 Daddy?

  • @oilerman31 haha thats funny shit

  • @Audiolaboratory Are you being serious? Lol

  • oh no ferrari im sorry i keep fucking up

  • bahahhahahahah what a sore loser

  • This was on private property. Cops can't do shit, not even write a ticket.

  • @UltraSWG traffic laws still apply on private property. It's like saying I can kill a person because I'm on my private property.

  • @helgih580 There's a difference between civil and criminal law. You cannot cite a person for a CIVIL traffic violation on PRIVATE property. Learn the law.

  • @UltraSWG You may be right but I believe this is in Australia and you are from USA. Even though theses two countries have variations of the common law system they are not the same. Maybe you should learn the law as well. Btw, this system blows big time. Common law < civil law ftw.

  • @helgih580 There is no indication at all that this video is from Australia. The Ferrari in the video is a left hand drive vehicle and that license plate is too short to be from Oz.

  • @helgih580 In Texas you can.....

  • Lolz police car come from nowhere

  • @al3zmi

    like in gta xD

  • toma seu troxa!!

  • its like harold and kumar cops out of nowhere!!!

  • parallel parking :D

  • usually to someone who owns a ferrari, a ticket is just a ticket.

  • Lmao. really, if he has a ferrari, what is a tiny fine gonna do to him?

  • lol i get the feelinb the cop's been wishing this guy do sumtinh dum so he can pull em over ever since he spotted the ferrari in town :) id know i would

  • "I own a ferrari this ticket it's just a candy to my pockets..." - that's what he thought..

why escuses when he can just pay easily
