Cool shit :) I've already been doing this for a while actually! I do it with 30 days though. But I've managed to create a running habit, a daily workout habit, daily guitar-training habit and visualization habit so far. It's really an awesome concept to just create a very specific intention and just go for it for a limited period of time. You'll probably create a lot of life-long awesome habits this way :)
