  • i am teenager and im deciding on starting p90x. Im just wondering if i will get good results if i dont follow the diet, and just watch how much carbs and protiens i take in.please reply...

  • i am about to get p90x but can someone tell me what equipment i need or required for p90x? thanks

  • EXERCISE = 90% MENTAL...10% PHYSICAL, STICK AT IT PEOPLE.

  • hey man did you use noexplode for all three months?

  • where did u get those bands from? im too short to do pullups lol so i need those but i dont know where to get them from?

  • hey i was wondering if you do pull ups in the beginning of p90x? Now can you do many? I can't do many pull ups..

  • in your pull ups go fully down and fully up , may not be able to do as many, but its a better workout and then it will be a proper pull up

  • nice!!

    did u use the no.explade for 90 days ?

  • i went from skinny to ripped! check out my P90X video guys!

  • Yo this is a great transformation, keep it up bro. The only part you dissapointed me is when I saw the NO Explode.....fake shit thats fills your muscles. Better to stay natural dude. Nevertheless, great vid.

  • I already have an account with them but thanks coach

  • You look great bro very impressive I just purchased p90x with suppliments and such which should be in the mail by the end of the week! I'm Siked anyhow to my question Did you stick to the diet plan and take the suppliments as well? The reason I ask is because I'm a skinny guy already and not really looking to lose weight but get toned and put on some muscle mass so I'm debatting if I should stick with the diet plan please help a p90x fan out ps. I'm 19 and weight 135 somewhere in that ball game

  • @TMA5T3R I can tell you that you want to do the schedule for building muscle mass, undoubtedly. Just follow the diet plan and stick to it (buying some deli meats will help you get your protein). I would also buy a food scale, as it is generally hard to eyeball a given amount of ounces. If you didn't put on the weight you had hoped for then join a gym and employ compound excercises (weightlifting excercises) and do cardio no more than once a week. P90X coaches will tell you to that...

  • @TMA5T3R (a continuance of my post below) ...the Shakeology supplement is good, but it is their job to tell you that of ALL supplements. It is basically a raw greens supplement that you can buy for $100 dollars cheaper than they sell it for. I personally just buy the recovery drink, but that doesn't mean their other supplements aren't worthy of use. P90x is a GREAT investment and I think you'll will be happy with your results. Just remember, results are at LEAST 50% nutrition. Good luck.

  • nice job bro, and nice shirt where did u get it from?

  • Good job bro...just got mine 2day startin tomorrow can't wait...I signed up for beachbody my name is haney33

  • seriously BRO, im not sure if i can wait a full 90 days for more results.. i need more photos PRONTO........SERIOUSLY BRO.............BRO

  • Very good job man I had to stop after 1 month because of school. I will be starting in april 20.

  • Im on day 36 right now and I noticed your caloric intake seems really high compared to what I am trying to aim for more fat loss right now. Do you think the lower caloric intake would hinder muscle gain? I am concentrating on my protein intake as wel but I have lost 13lbs in 36 days. Also, do you have any foods that you specifically stuck to that were low in carbs, but also calories?....Awesome transformation by the way I hope that I can pull something like that together for me!

  • Which schedule did you do? Classic, Lean or Doubles?

  • @AkundayakaHamza , classic to tone and bulk, lean to shred and double to really shred.

  • Wow! Congrats! You got great results!

  • good job chris...keep PP....nice work!

  • Awesome job and video! Music choice is classic...Love it!

  • Funny, just read your comment about the bible after I placed mine....like minded people I guess.

  • Very awesome transformation!! Looks like you followed the whole p90x schedule like the bible.....you sir, may be VERY proud of yourself!!!!!

  • i just started today on the 10th and did disk one. any advice for furture use of P90X? if so plz tell me. thanks

  • Follow the schedule like a bible. Also, be smart on your diet! I lowered my carbs, lowered my fat intake and increase my protein! Protein, protein, protein. On night before cardio, I consumed near 3000 calories, other days, I tried to keep the calories reasonable. If you want to bulk, heavy weight and LOW reps. I basically repped every exercise til I couldnt do anymore, but at the same time, i kept my reps under 12. Pushups I did 50, everytime, no matter waht the exercise.

  • @boredom04 please tell me on the last month u ate at least 150g of carbs

  • @boredom04

    Nice, i do p90x too.

One advise use a weighted vest when doing push-ups so you can also only do 12 push-ups.

  • yo chris good shit keep it up im gonna get mine soon

  • Inspirational. Badass. BEAST.

I'm getting the discs as we speak. I'ma hit you up...

  • thats pretty crazy chris!

  • Thanks Dan! Starting round two of it next week. Cant wait.

  • holy shit, that's one amazing transformation!

  • oh yeah really good video, music was good and all the effects you did in it were cool

  • did you have a deficent in your calories

  • I tried to keep my calories under 2500. On plyometric day, I would consume about 3,000 calories. I focused more on my protein intake. I increased my protein and lowered my fat and carb intake.

  • ok thanks, when i did my first round i may have been eating to little around 2000-2200 so i dont think i got the results i could have, and now im trying to keep it above 2400, the guide says i need 2460 so thats what im shooting for

  • @boredom04

how much did your dumbbells weight?

  • Great Job! P90X works!

  • SICK results! Great job man!!
