The word racist was invented by Leon Trotsky (assistant to Joesph Stalin) in the 1930's for the purpose of silencing adversaries and ending any kind of meaningful discussion about race. It is a highly contrived term that has no foundation in history, religion or anything else and goes against natural instinct to protect and be part of ones own race. Racism is institutionalized, because Black people have been and are socially constructed as the minority to the White normative standard they cannot be racist. Racism is essentially "oppressing the other", Black people have never been in the "top" position in this binary to oppress anyone.
