Well, we're 2 days apart, but that's ok. I'm glad you are. So, what made you choose this particular method? My older sister was the first, and the entire family was amazed at how much younger and beautiful she looked after the ten days. Then most of us did it after her. You can do this! We can encourage each other. Stay in touch!

well, it looks like im a day behind you. This is my first day. I'm 5'5 weight 208. Im sooo hungry.Ive done the Salt water flush this morning and now im doing the master... im going to do this with you! Deep Sigh!

You can do this dgyrl1982. It's a little tough, mentally, if you're a food lover :). But, if you follow it to the exact guidelines, you wont suffer as badly. Have you seen that Glickman guy's youtube mini lectures on the master cleanse? I did and they help a lot. You can do this. We're in it together. Horray!

Thank you, I'm so glad we're doing this together. How are we going to celebrate this milestone? I'd like to begin writing my menu for the end of our cleanse. Mom said I should completely cut out fast food. I'm even thinking about cutting out white foods like white rice, bleached flour, and regular pasta. She also told me about some kind of artichoke pasta that tastes exactly like regular pasta. She says it is a little more expensive, but flour free.
