@XCarolCatastropheX Yeah, he'd be great, but Pent is an EXP hog. Which is a problem if you were trying to aim for the bonus Genesis chapter (need to gain 700 EXP amongst your units + recruit Hawkeye). Although I heard Genesis is truly HARD on HHM.

Oh my Jesus Genesis is crazy hard on HHM. Kishuna warps out after 5 turns and then all the magic units open up with staff and bolting and purge and shit

Yes, all desert sand items are in the same place in all difficulties. You just need high enough... Luck is it? Or a Thief to end their move on the right tile.

Pent is an NPC; he has mystical sandstorm seeing powers because of this.

Hawkeye gets a special sprite much in the same way that every one of your characters is a recolor or reheading of another of their type ('cept Lords); I guess he was a favorite of the developers or something.

Wow I didn't know the sand hindered your sight cause it is only on Hector hard mode and i've never really gotten this far :(

Nah, it only has Sandstorm Fog because of Hard Mode. On normal, this is a typical map (though the sand is still a challenge).

I doubt I'll do advance wars. I tend to win strat games with luck instead of skill, and can't properly calculate that system and always lose too many units too quickly.

As for Legends, it depends. I'm trying to get Ultiform to do it, too, but either way I'll probably end up going back to FM3 / FF8 first.

There may be another fun game coming up, though; remember Abe, the guy who voiced Weigraf in FFT? He's got something scheming...

Heh, Pent is a one man army on this map... hawkeye has over 50% crit chance... gah. But nice handling of paul. took him out quickly. So ninian counts as a mage for sand movement purposes? interesting.

EDIT: Nope. Only 2 move. She's still more useful than some other unit options on this chapter though; she may be non-combat but at least she can do *something*.
