Gotta love the 'power key' and the 'safety pin' bullshit, yet I highly even doubt that is 400 mW because on another laser website (where you can get high-quality high powered lasers for alot cheaper than that, it states that 200 mW is enough to cause flash blindness, 400 mW and yet the camera isn't just displaying white all over.
