in an equal money system one won't go to work just for the money, but rather for the passion of the profession, or the understanding of its value to all - thus doctors will actually care, and if they don't - they won't just be there to get paid or cause they have to do the time or loose the job - all workers will be much more affective and reliable because the starting point of them doing it won't be money/survival but will be a starting point of supporting life.
one of the problems in Israel is that the doctor get a minimum wage and thus, are require to work over time/nights to support their family. working around the clock make one act as a zombie and the consequences are negligence. within an Equal Money System, everyone will be supported and won't be forced to work more then what the physical body can sustain.
We have ALL lost an arm - that little girl is US, showing us that there is something VERY wrong with the system that we have and that we are all collectively responsible for manifesting this fuckup - as well as the countless other fuckups that occur in the context of our current system and our current 'understanding' of reality.
in an equal money system proper precaution would have been taken - there would be no excuse. and if an accident does happen it would be taken care of immediately.
There is no excuse for this type of behavior, where Live is disregarded, but the paychecks keep coming.

Imagine spending your whole life just with one arm due to negligence of others. This is unacceptable and will not be allowed any more in an Equal Money System.
