Since I bought and currently still play the game on ps3, I believe its safe to say that I thoroughly enjoy it.. However, no I have BF3 under my belt of games, and it's FUCKING AMAZING. Amazing graphics, sweet vehicles with various strengths and weaknesses, and best of all? A playground of destructible environment. So, would rather have COD where the only way to flush a camper is to toss a nade? Or BF3 where you can blow the wall away from where they're hiding from... Hmm
unlike cod games where the trailers showcase all this oh so awesome stuff that has no purpose in the full game or is non existant, the trailer for homefront is all real gameplay, with some extra camera angles now and then. which is pretty awesome.
battlefield is terrible because everyone steals all the vehicles, so then you have to walk for 2 minutes just to figure out that there is a guy camping out there, and you have to start at the beggining. Huge maps are awful. I aint sayin small maps are glory either, but shit, there has to b a limit somewhere!

@xxDonster101xx campaign is short, graphics are better than black ops and bad company. not better than mw2. Does take a bit of time to get into MP match about 1-2 min. But once you get in a game ur set for as long as u want to play that mode or w/e. People are constantly comming and leaving. gameplay takes some getting used to. Overall pretty decent

Dunno about the multiplayer...It looks really clunky and raw; it seems like they put little effort into the mechanics of the game. The biggest draw, for me at least, is the single player.

0:59 im tired of this bullshit in video games of snipers taking more than one shot to the head or torso. i can only think of one game where a sniper is nearly always a one shot kill, killzone 3, and its onlyy one of the snipers that can do it! COD isnt that bad, its usually one shot, but there are annoying hit markers at times. But MAG, BFBC, resistance, Far cry, crysis, and others are total bullshit! i guess crysis and halo have an excuse but all the rest should take ONE FUCKING SHOT
@Gosox2525 Are you fucking stupid? First, that was a semi-auto sniper, so it should definitely take more then 1 shot. Second, the sniper is a one-shot kill to the head, like it should be. Third, snipers should always be at least 2 shot kills unless it's a headshot. Sniping in COD is so annoying because it's almost always a one-shot kill. MOH got ruined becuz of the one-shot snipers. BFBC2 has the best sniping I know becuz it isn't overpowered and requires skill 2 shoot in the head.

Games like these aim for a fun enjoyable experience and while some parts are realistic, it's not a fucking simulator. A completely realistic game would not be enjoyable or fun.
@Slayer1918 I know its not a simulator, it is a game, thats why im fine with it in things like halo or crysis, but when you are making a war game that is clearly trying to be realistic, with every other gun has near lifelike damage, then snipers should be the same. maybe it makes it more fun for the person who gets hit by a sniper bullet and escapes when they shouldve died, but not for the actual sniper. the point in sniping is to take people out from a far distance without being spotted
@Gosox2525 Every other gun doesn't have lifelike damage. They take a good number of bullets to kill if you watch some of the gameplay videos. Making a war game does not clearly state you are trying to make it realistic. War games mean you use environments, weapons, and etc. from war, but it doesn't have to simulate REAL war. Snipers should take out campers easily and if you have some skill and shoot in the head, it will be a kill. Getting killed everytime you want to go from cover is stupid.

For it to be fun, I shouldn't get killed with a sniper by one-shot every time and not have a chance at fighting back. Having fun means the game has to be balanced, for a game to be balanced it has to take some skill to play. I mean recoil and no 10% health. One-shot snipers aren't balanced.
@Slayer1918 he point of online multiplayer is to capture 3 objectives, which move everytime they get captured. So sometimes snipers will have the advantage, sometimes they won't.
This will be another game that stays around for a couple weeks then no one plays. You can tell by the player movement that the controls are not going to be fluid. I don't know why people make fps games that aren't smooth, that is the reason COD is so successful is because it has better controls and movement thatn any other game.

@GenerationKill1010 I've seen loads of tactical players in CoD, even Modern Warfare 2. Loads of people go for the objective, just sometimes on MW2 or BO you'll get people called ItZZ ScopeZz or some gay name like that are in there for only montage clips. Just play with a clan, that you know, that you can communicate with. Simple as.

For it to be fun, I shouldn't get killed with a sniper by one-shot every time and not have a chance at fighting back. Having fun means the game has to be balanced, for a game to be balanced it has to take some skill to play. I mean recoil and no 10% health. One-shot snipers aren't balanced.

@Slayer1918 he point of online multiplayer is to capture 3 objectives, which move everytime they get captured. So sometimes snipers will have the advantage, sometimes they won't.

This will be another game that stays around for a couple weeks then no one plays. You can tell by the player movement that the controls are not going to be fluid. I don't know why people make fps games that aren't smooth, that is the reason COD is so successful is because it has better controls and movement thatn any other game.

Loads of people go for the objective, just sometimes on MW2 or BO you'll get people called ItZZ ScopeZz or some gay name like that are in there for only montage clips. Just play with a clan, that you know, that you can communicate with. Simple as.
