disney should have a channel called Classical Disney and it should play all the original disney movies like tarzan and beauty and the beast and snow whit etc!!! thumbs up if u agree and paste this on every classical disney movie video!!!! xx
papa i miss you daddy im sorry i cant be what you want me to be im here if you ever want me to be your little girlwhy dont you love me like you did when i was 5
I miss the oldschool disney soundtracks like this...they're works of art, and this particular soundtrack is beautiful. Not one of these patented teeny bopper marketing exploits. Disney's gone down the shitter.
im obsessed with music! i absolutely LOVE when you can hear the story behind the music <333 and i love when theres deep feelings and emotions ahh :) <3
``...and this is my father , and my , my...'' Everytime he says that , I can get a lump in my throat. Such an emotional scene and tender scene. Great movie and score.
@TomKennyIsLovely So how old are you now? I'm trying to figure out the age of us Childhood Tarzan fans..I was 3 in 1999 when the movie came out. I saw it in theatres with my mom..We call it "The mother and son" film..That's what it is. I never understood why she would cry, but lately as I watch the film and relate it to her and I..Soon I'll be moving out and I will be in love with a girl. She'll want what's best for me, and I will sing "You'll Be in my Heart"
@AceProductions91 You'll be moving out at 15? Wow! Or is my maths flawed?? If you were 3 in '99 that'll make your birthday '96 so you're 15 now right? Hm... I, for one, didn't move out till I was 19.
im showing my three year old sister these movies, i want her to grow up watching what i grew up watching, back when the biggest decision i had to make was what crayons i wanted to colour with and when boys had cooties...thinking of them makes me want to cry especially listening to this at the same time :'(
This song is so tragically beautiful. Extremely haunting. I hadn't watched the movie in a long while, but I watched it the other night and this song just jumped out at me. I had never really noticed it before, but it is so beautiful. I don't know how I missed it.
1:13 is my favorite <3 Its sad but haveing a sense of pride. To me, it tells a story of parents that truely love their abandoned child (maybe having been given up for adoption or having them passed away early) but can't be there for them because they already have a better home. It's truly beautiful.
@thisisgracenat It's the scene where Kala takes Tarzan to see his old house for the first time, and he decides he's going to leave with Jane (then he comes walking out dressed in the suit and Kala starts crying, etc.). It makes me wanna cry just thinking about it!! This part is just soo touching.
i cried listening to this song last nite, it reminds me of all the good times i had with my mom and 2 brothers, now i'm going away from them for a while to get my life sorted out and i will surely miss them but i'll be back,
i really wish there was a repeat button on youtube (like a loop button kinda thing so it would keep playing this song until i wanted to stop it (which would be never))
Disney Classics are the best. I hope they still got their 'magic' and make more coz each time I watch disney classics it always leaves me touched. I have most of their cd's and I'm old, but I still like them! :)
I've seen the movie 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times and I STILL CRY :O! I guess it makes me think on how 'if my mom wasn't my real mom but she's cared for me for years' kind of thing. Such a funny and wonderful movie.
My mom and I share a special bond with this movie...This scene always brings her to tears, and when I was a kid...I understood why, but I couldn't bring myself to cry...Last night I watched it again with her, and found myself balling my eyes out..This movie reminds me of my childhood, and I love it! LONG LIVE TARZAN!!!
Oh, and this part in the movie nearly brings me to tears, too! So funny that animated movies can do that just as effectively as real ones for me! Anyway, such a great scene.
I know, this part almost always makes me cry! It's so emotional. I wish they still made good movies today, there's not very many good ones anymore. Toy Story 3 was amazing though, I couldn't believe how good it was. I thought it was the best animated movie since Brother Bear. Tarzan is definitely in my top 5 favorite Disney movies. =)
Clayton disliked the video. >:(

I love the feeling put into this score. It's powerful, soothing, and absolutely magnificent. Mark Macina is certainly a wonderful composer.
Family and love are truly some of the greatest things to have.
