  • FINALLY- a genuine factory rep came, took off the back of the washer - used a hammer to knock out hard rubber blocks which were wedged into the back - and then the drum was able to spin without effecting the outside of the washing machine. Whew!! Then - we moved and left it behind. But someone will get a washer that doesn't dance now!

  • the shipping bolts have not been removed, these hold the drum in place, so it dose not damage when moveing the machine accross the country. your instruction manual will tell you how to remove the bolts

  • @whichwasher2007 No my machine does the same there are no shipping bolts in place? because of this i ow cant have it spin and more than 500 rpm? :-(
