Won't it be interesting that the purpose of the chem trials was the intention to prevent from clouds from forming, and in effect gave a global warming feel? After all one way the earth cools down are the formation of clouds, and enough of them produces rain, and even worse hurricanes. And thinking back here in Los Angeles, California, in the past we used to get lots of rain each year, and cloud formations, but now a days I counted about a week of rain, combined through out this whole year.
The new "chemclouds" they create eat the normal cumulas and usually stop them from raining. However, much of the time we have a total "white-out" of the sky from the chems. The data is showing some cooling has taken place from this, not warming, but at what cost. Droughts in Cali have been terrible from it as you point out. Chems are a BAD thing for the ecosystems.
@kenjams I'm in a small town in Ontario, Canada and I've been videoing chemtrails for a while here now. Nearly everytime they fill the evening sky with chemtrails it rains within 12 or so hours. Now, the weather station has been calling for rain for days on that day so I don't know what they are trying to accomplish with this shit but it is sure frustrating that I seem to be the only one here that sees what is going on. People are so self absorbed they could care less what they spray, it seems.

i called dfw airport today and inquired how many flights take off/land in a given day......i was told over 2000. if these were indeed contrails, then they would be 500 fold increased. so with this info its safe to presume these are chemtrails and the haarp effect was in force upon the cloud banks in dallas around noon today. it looks like waves rolling through the atmosphere, something i have never seen around here before, but have in videos presented about chemtrails. thanks for the vid!

The waves are electromagetic and it's the metalic material in the chemtrails that form them. Not sure if HAARP is playing a part, I rather suspect its earth's own magnetic fields.
