play from the heart. this sounds derivative of many new age compositions. don't get me wrong, this is a fantastic work. you did a great job. i suggest you play without reading the notes. when i got away from notes and started playing by ear my music became pure, straight from the heart (and soul.)

this is not bad. But it'd be better if you could make the key change smoother-use chords that are more properly the dominant of your ending chord(of previous key) and pick a more relevant major/minor to start it in.

That's one thing, another thing is to properly develop themes instead of leave 3 sub-themes under-developed.

@x3kachangkachang3x I agree with you on the key change and smoother-use chords. If I were to redo this song, I would change that aspect, and maybe even remove the key change, it doesn't seem needed. I would also slow down the entire song.

But I don't understand what you mean by properly developing the themes. How would you suggest developing them further?

@Avivakova He means that in your song, there are parts, because a song is very repetitive, so everytime you come back to the same chords and beat, then to another type and so on. You have three like those that aren't connected together. It is not something that evolves, instead, you go from on to another to another. I hope it's clear enough.. :P

it sounds wonderful, but at about :38 ish the treble notes you are playing seem off and sorta detached from the melody for just a few seconds, then flows back into it.... i dunno. great work though :)

I find that this piece has an interesting depth to it. While it seems to suggest (from the first theme) that the piece will be mostly major, the tranition into a minor key, while still having the main theme interlaced in the structure, really adds onto the depth of the piece. The Octave runs are also a nice touch that really bring out a "fullness" to the theme.
