  • Is this the pal version of the game? Because the music sounds awfully slow compared to what i've heard in other gameplay videos of this game.

  • @goreombola It's NTSC version, but slowed down to the PAL speed. I used to play like that on my NES.

  • Waht's with the random ass music, lol? It's decent but common no Batman theme.

  • @IIVikingII This game have a very good music. As for "why no Batman theme" I believe it because they couldn't make it sound decently on the NES. If that's the case, then I believe it was a right decision to exclude it.

  • most of the Nintendo and Sega games were easy to beat. itd take a year to beat the whole series of games. maybe a lil longer

  • @STATIKFY I think that many people will disagree with that.

  • Dude, push start!

  • @superaprilcot What for?

  • @ShadowSumac To skip the intro lol, but i was just kinda kidding.

  • @superaprilcot I specifically wanted to showcase the game in its entirety. So no skipping intro or other cutscenes.

  • @ShadowSumac Yea. I got that. Once again, I was kidding.

  • I could've sworn there was a version of this game that was called "Batman 3" (as in the third Batman NES game)

  • @Maetch01 I saw such cartridges too. I am not sure if the number appeared only on the carts with the game or there were versions where hackers actually added number to the title, like in case with TMNT: Tournament Fighters hack.

Interestingly, Batman Returns technically is the third game about Dark Knight on the NES. Two previous were produced by SunSoft - Batman and Batman: Return of the Joker.

  • 4:20 best music!!!! i remember Kids

  • You know it's all about money when they market games like this to kids. The Tim Burton Batman movies were NOT for kids. I had the game though, lol.

  • @24fanbran This games are for kids though.

  • the intro music reminds me of ninjagayden 3

  • @xxXsTreamxx Not gayden Gaiden as in the sound of raiden.

  • @TheScorpionMK37

yea, i know, i just like writting it that way lol

  • @xxXsTreamxx Oh okay, I really didn't want to start another flame war, not after the one I started in 05'

  • @TheScorpionMK37

haha, no worries , anyway great game ,i remember i used to be stuck on the circus part, idk why it seemed so hard for me back in the days

  • @xxXsTreamxx Same here with me and Sonic Adventure God I hated big the cat because the fishing stages were always pain in the ass, they still are too.

  • The music is a little lower pitched than I remember.

Are you playing this on an emulator?

That said, pretty good skills man.

  • @davedetrick This game was slowed down to speed of the NES-clone. I am getting used to exactly that speed and music.

  • @ShadowSumac Okay, that makes sense.

  • This looks like a decent NES scrapper. Not quite Streets of Rage, but close enough!

  • @SamusDrake Well it's good Konami beat'em up. Not really dynamic, but very atmospheric and cinematographic (as much as you can create cinematographic game on the NES hardware). If you looking for the SOR type game on the NES, I recommend you Mighty Final Fight. It's remake of the Final Fight (Arcade and SNES) from Capcom, but created specifically with NES capabilities in mind. It's very dynamic and has an awesome soundtrack.

  • @ShadowSumac

    I remember Mighty Final Fight!

Guy: "Oh no! Someone has kidnapped Jessica!"

Hagger: "CODY! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY DAUGHTER???"

...I wouldn't wish Hagger on anybody! Awesome little game. ^_^

  • i hate the guys with the stilts great game men
