All you have to do is go to the "Online" mode when you start up the game. When it asks you if you would like to update your roster, select yes and you can play with Brett Favre, Michael Vick and others in any game mode.

Haha, even Peterson has trouble rushing against the tough Eagle defense. They are no walk in the park and we found passing to be easier against them.
