I grew up with this music around me and I'm 18 still I completely agree with the above comment, there's never going to be a band like DM ever again. This depresses me, seeing as I was born in the horribly wrong decade. I mean why the hell wasn't I born in the 60s?! No fair, no fair.

I was "there", it needed nothing more...it was so different it didn't matter the lyrics were nonsense...30 years later it might matter...then it didn't.
Great tune and haunting synthesized sounds. Needed more comprehensible and meaningful lyrics. People were so impressed with these amazing futuristic sounds that you could sing any obscure drivel over the top and it would still be a hit. I'd give this 7 out of 10.
I was playing this at work in the stockroom on the stereo when some 19-year-old was complaining that this music was "cheap and old sounding". I told him it was made over 30 years ago and it was revolutionary at the time. I didn't tell him it was the same people that made that "Playing the Angel" CD we listened to yesterday that HE REALLY LIKED. :-P
I also told him to pull up his pants because I could totally see his underwear.
I love to play it on my keboard.My favoriete track of all time:Tthourgh hits like NEW LIFE,DREAMING OF ME,I JUST CANT ENOUGH and other DM's songs i began to be interested in Electronica music,Italo disco music,and music in general.
