I smoke weed once or twice a week. I am going to college (getting As and Bs) and am working full time. And yet for some reason I am seen as a criminal who should be thrown in jail. a basic rule of thumb when it comes to these situations is if the officer asks you for permission to search the vehicle he does not have probable cause and if you have anything to hide i suggest you tell him politely that you do not consent to a search due to lack of probable cause. however if the officer feels like being a dick about it he can make you sit in the car until a K-9 unit arrives and if the dog smells anything then your pretty much fucked

I smoke weed once or twice a week. I am going to college (getting As and Bs) and am working full time. And yet for some reason I am seen as a criminal who should be thrown in jail. I have never done any other form of a drug except the legal ones. And i hate all of them, especially drinking. I would prefer a harmless plant over a poisenous liquid any day. But then again everybody has different preferences, and i know plenty of people who have tried weed, and just dont like it. Personal Preference

a basic rule of thumb when it comes to these situations is if the officer asks you for permission to search the vehicle he does not have probable cause and if you have anything to hide i suggest you tell him politely that you do not consent to a search due to lack of probable cause. however if the officer feels like being a dick about it he can make you sit in the car until a K-9 unit arrives and if the dog smells anything then your pretty much fucked
