Tony: Har Gau and dumplings :) Gau means dumpling.
Chris: Har Gau are usually stuffed with shrimp. :) Har means shrimp, so you would expect it to be.
oh and @rostant999 that girl is probably from the mainland, where they wear exactly those kind of glasses.

iN THE BASEMENT OF Golden Shopping mall is a better soup place the noodles are thinner,cut by hand, the broth richer and darker, and the chili in oil is Sichuan. But the best "Lamburger" is at Xian Foods .

i went to the noodle shop and it was DELISH. but I have yet to go to the lamb burger. Can't wait to go!

I finally went to Xian Famous Foods in Flushing today to try the Liang Pi Cold Noodle and the Lamb Burger... so very tasty and delicious!

I went to the Golden Shopping Mall after watching this. AWESOME place. The lamb noodles & lamb burgers were amazing.
