And, believe it or not, that's Peter's run you see there. So before you complain about me not playing the source game and judge (I've far changed my opinion about the KoF series after, like a week), try playing the character first before making assumptions.
Mugen is not a good example to judge a character's balance at the first place. I also meant not just KoF either but other source games as well... Mainly because if it has mostly or all females it's automatically broken to you.

However Warner continues making the same mistakes over and over and seems to get worse, not even bothering to take up better coding and ignoring criticism.
