I will be in LA on Saturday and wanted to know how much it costs to ride the roller coaster and the ferris wheel.

"The nine-story wheel that's been at Pacific Park since 1996 was put up for sale Tuesday on eBay. The wheel overlooking the Pacific has 20 gondolas and is outlined in 5,392 light bulbs. It has provided some 3 million rides and has been seen in movies, on television and in numerous photos.

I miss Santa Monica!!!!! I used to live there!!! that coaster is fun to just ride and watch the ocean. I moved from there in 2000 and Santa Monica is a great place to visit if youve never been there

No doubt the single roller coaster ride at Santa Monica is constrained because, well, it's on a pier (weight issues, people underneath, not a lot of area, etc.) but that is also its charm. coastergrotto dot com lists the top USA RC rides as: #1 Voyage Holiday World #2 Superman - Ride of Steel Six Flags New England #3 El Toro Six Flags Great Adventure #4 Millennium Force Cedar Point #5 X2 Six Flags Magic Mountain

but if u want REAL rollercoasters u need to go to Cedar Point in Sansusky, Ohio (Between cleveland and toledo)
