  • Fantastic, congratulations.

  • That is some good shots right there. Noticed you got them the same day as all these were roaming. I'd be scared. haha :P

  • Beautiful. Hope the cats and your cameras are OK.

  • Wow - this is great! I hope your cameras are OK in the fires...

  • very very cool! that one daytime clip where it leaps up onto the trees is sweet! it looked like possibly even more cats than just the two?

  • Thank you! I'm pretty excited. This looks like a mating pair -a big male and a small female. They both walk by in that clip you noticed. I've seen their tracks, too, so that's also a clue that these are two different cats. The bios seem amused by my amature tracking :) They're not keeping tabs on them in the San Gabriels right now, so there isn't a huge interest. They know they're out there...beautiful animals though. How incredible they hang out on the trails and we never see them!

  • Hello! This is fantastic! Obviously a compilation of several walk-by episodes. Are these all the same animal? August 17 10:21 PM looks as though two animals walked in front of your camera. Or was it the same animal twice?

Great great stuff! Fantastic! Amazing! Glorious! Incredible! Your work should be seen by southern California wildlife biologists, if they aren't already aware of it.
