I think that stick Apo was holding represents the Kampilan sword here in the Philippines, which was 36-40 inches long. .

CTD is that a really long escrima stick or is he just short. My Guro is tiny and the regular stick looks like a small staff in his hands, hahahaha.

Well... Apo is very short (5-3 or so) but that is also a large stick; about 38 inches!
