Not just single people, Peter. My own shape is not exactly svelte. When I was 50 years old (19 years ago - sigh!) I had one of those blood-sugar tests where you have to drink a lot of syrupy-sweet stuff. The technician said, "Don't worry. It won't hurt the baby". (In a way it was flattering, since I was 50. Nobody assumes I'm pregnant any more. :-)
