I assume you are doing the T&G and bevel in one pass then? Do you use a shaper or a table saw for this?

@kevjay777 Yes I do it in one pass with a wood shaper which has a tilting spindle. It's makes a nice clean cut..Better than a table saw. The shaper has a four inch cutter head.

@kevjay777 Yes the block has sand paper on it and there is a 6 degree bevel on the pieces. thanks for your comment..
