I caught a giant rat in my grandmother's basement!! I didn't have a live trap just one of the old wooden snap traps. It was twice the size as the 1 in this video, including tail it was over 2 1/2 ft. It looked like a small puppy, I felt sad killing it but my niece & nephew are here & I don't want them attacked

I love killing rats. I caught a live rat in a trap and I turned on a pot of boiling oil and I then slowly lowered the rat trap tied with twine into the oil. I have never heard a living animal make such a blood curdling scream. to be honest it was horrible. I will probably do it agaion though lol

I love those traps, and that breed of rat (the english rat) is not overpopulating the world - he is much less prolific than the Norway rat and is being edged out by the larger rats everywhere. I have kept some that were live-trapped, and they are great little pets. I currently have 13 of them caged and happy. Why kill just to kill?
