  • Hey Logan. Just found your page. Wanted to wish you luck on your "Billion Pounds" of weightloss! =) Seriously though dude... good for you! Wishing you lots of luck! Take care. ~ Eric

  • You can do it buddy! It's not easy but you need to change your life and start living in a new way. I really hope that you will step up and face reality. Your current reality is the result of years of over eating and not exercising. It took years to put the weight on, It should take years to take it off in a natural and healthy way. 80 in 80 days is the most crazy thing I've heard. Be smart, move and keep away from junk food.

You know it's the worst thing to do... why continue.

    Go Logan!

  • I came accros you videos and was impressed that you decided to take action. Unfortunately when you look at ALL your videos, there are 2 things that are always coming up. 1 : The fact that you didn't reach your goal.

    2 : There is always a reason.

Even if you said that you would not find exuses, you still do it.

I lost a lot of weight and there is only one way to do it.

Spend more calories than you eat.

  • @SurvivorRick thanks for the comment! It helped put things in perspective, I'll be making a few videos soon that will show actual change

  • ...so, my point is, get there, dude! and i actually consider myself quite knowledgable in biology, physical fitness, health, weight loss, weight lifting, and running, so if you want any advice, i'd be happy to help. and also, for the same reason, i'm intersted in more specifics of what you are doing to try to lose weight. well good luck my friend, and please wish me and everyone else good luck in our own goals, as well!

  • hey, dude. i think your videos are really cool and inspiring. it's great to set high goals for yourself. i have the same struggles as you. they are different, but similar at the same time. i'm trying to train for marathons and hope to run a boston qualifying one, and run the boston itself. besides making a great change for yourself, i think you are also trying to inspire others to change in positive ways, and just think how much more inspiring you can be if you accomplish your own goals...

  • @medow006 thanks for the comments!

  • Come on Logan. No more excuses...remember your dream of the Air Force!! Just keep that in mind. You can do it once you put your mind to it.

By the way...do you sleep in that shirt...neck is stretched out...been there done that :)

  • I have hit a stall as well and that does happen. I had and 11 pound weight loss in a week because I had bronchitis and I was very sick constantly coughing and had to take 5 prescriptions. The thing that I do is I get up at 6am every morning and gor for a 2 mile walk to get my metabolism going then to the pool to do water aerobics. Then I come home and have breakfast. I try to eat at normal times and not eat late at night. I go to the gym at night.

  • I agree about the weather, the sunshine always makes me feel much more positive. It's good to see you again, hope to see you in a month then!

  • Good luck to you, maybe the changing weather will be the boost you need.

  • I've lost weight, but I keep going up and down a few pounds in these really annoying stalls. But I know that it's just that I'm not creating a big enough deficit. But it's fairly predictable.

I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm less than 20lbs away from being back into the 200's for the first time in YEARS. But this summer I am doing it. I mean, I'm doing it right now.
