@wickedgit he doesnt use blue anymore because of his other guitar floyd. he had guitars made like floyd which is gibson les paul jr. plus why use the same guitar over and over when u have a bunch of other guitars to show off like his double cutaway les paul. and their would be no necessity to tune since his guitars are already tuned before the show. and also he has a bunch of replicas of blue so dont worry he'll pull em out when he needs to and mikes g3 bass bass broke. thats whhy he uses fender

It's a Jackson guitar, not an Ibanez. And I'm not entirely sure, but I believe they got up and played other peoples' equipment for an impropmptu performance. This isn't their gear. Notice how he sings this song a half-step higher in regular E, as it isn't tuned down (what he does to his guitar for all of Dookie). Another bit of proof that this is someone else's gear and they didn't intend on performing.
