Did u driven any BMW in your life? I tought soo once -that is no difference to other cars- but bmw is a dificult car to drive (im not speaking about smal engines or big engines in big 7 series but big engine in little coupe like m3!)

- my firts bmw e36 coupe 328 died on a tree - i got lucky now i leared to drive that little Devils --- Now got e46 328 coupe and usually dont use ESP:)

Ofcourse it's more crashes of bmw cause its a sport engines car mark.
