How many San Francisco people worked at WABC besides Joyce Shank, Roger Grimsby, Spencer Christian, and Mike Barry who were imported and Exported from KGO TV and ROz Abrams and JIm Paymar of KRON worked at WABC and Kaity Tong from KPIX.
@StukInBuf - No, "One Life to Live's" announcer was Bob Lloyd (who also handled "Dark Shadows"). However, you're not the only one to confuse Mr. Lloyd's and Mr. Jefferys' voices. There are some similarities, but there are also quite a few differences.
And R.I.P. Allan Jefferys (who passed away Sept. 29, 2011 at his Pinehurst, NC home at age 88). Another voice is stilled.

The opening V/O was Allan Jefferys.

@wmbrown6 Would that be the same V/O announcer for "One Life to live"?

P.S. However, Mr. Jefferys DID do network promo V/O's over the end credits of at least one "OLTL," in 1984:

Now, compare and contrast with Mr. Lloyd's voice on a 1969 edition (starting at point 1:24):
