THANK YOU! As a woman, I can't stand Axe and never could. It's not the fact that it's inexpensive, it's the god awful smell of middle school boys who want to be man whores! Seriously, guys...it's noxious. When I was in high school and would smell it on a guy I had a crush on, it was kind of an instant turn off. I'd think of the ads promising axe would make women crawl all over you and just think ugh! Could he really believe that stuff?! It's kind of an insult, actually. Oops long rant :p

when i was in middle school axe seemed to smell better than many colognes i have smelled. i mean like besides the annoying strong axe smell it has in there the fragrance is usually not bad smelling, but most colognes dont have that annoying lysol strong smell that makes you cough

first of all its a body spray so it should be used like a cologne i personally hate lynx what we call it down here. i prefer to use light body spray like sanex. which doesnt has a very light smell so it wont clash with watever cologne i got on. \lynx is crap although the tv ads are great.

axe is exceptionally gross. if you wanna go cheap, or if you don't really care about colonges, go for old spice body sprays or deodrants. they are affordable and smell quite nice.

This is funny because when I used to wear this is high school I noticed two things. The first is that girl don't actually give guys compliments on it not matter how much we think it impresses them. Second would be that when coming out of gym class and coming into a class room heavy in it, teachers often give comments about how unpleasant it is. Especially the female teachers. The smell goes on strong and never mellows out. It kinda just fades away fast.

You have to also note that most of the people that wear axe or tag, which are teenagers, don't know how much to use, so they'll spray about half the bottle on them and then reak the rest of the day. Also, they're very cheaply made so they smell like shit.

I don't know why you are so fascinated by clone and smell? They all smell just about awful to me and I just associate them with alcohol and dry flower!

What really sad is many people have difficulty with smells. Personally it takes me 20-30 minutes to really get the sense of a smell/odour. It's embarrassing indeed since sweet smells like any other smell sometimes!
