So Israel is in charge now? Do the Palestinians have rights? Are you saying that Israel makes better millitary/medical products than the USA? I think Israel has clarity in is purpose, not so much the USA.
In 1995 the National Health Insurance Law came into effect, which made membership in one of the four existing Health Maintenance Organizations compulsory for all Israeli citizens.
