  • 'not by watching my jean-clad ass amongst my bedroom furniture and some fatty fingers browsing the factory patches, but by seeing something

    inspiring, entertaining or simply new.'

    lmfao!!

and that was bad ass thanks for upload =]

  • ha he has 69 videos....;)

  • This is hands down the sickest sounds iv ever hear come out of any synth ever made ..nice and dark .. For the most part nord users are a bunch of flaming dance queers

  • Does it do Jean-Michel Jarre? How about Vangelis?

  • Boards of canada

  • wikid work! =)

  • the first couple seconds of film footage reminded me of boards of canada

  • very nice work..dark grooves;) thumps up

  • damn...sooo good!

  • very nice play =)

    sounds are great too.

do you use a sustain pedal or a high release value for holding the tones?

  • very nice. do you use a sustain pedal oder high release value for holding the tones?

  • hey jexus what program do you use to edit video?? thx

  • what the fuck

  • This must be one bad ass powerful synth. I have got JP 8000 which I think is a powerhouse, but Nord has got this razor edge to it which I like. Great upload. Wspaniala prezentacja dzwiekowych mozliwosci.

    D.

  • wow sound like old Carpenter movie or David Cronenberg Scanner ^^ awesome job dude ^^ the lfo tweaking must be hard for those sound.

  • Very, very weird; I love it! I wish more people would use synthesizers like this, rather than attempting to "emulate" classical instruments.

  • Creepy stuff! Very nice.

  • Your videos always have a "Natural born killers" vibe to them ! always entertaining !

  • nice really !!! Congrats.

  • ....most overhyped synth ever. clavia sounds like shit :P

  • około 9:00 występuje nieziemski dźwięk. Cały filmik to jedna wielka degustacja.

  • I miss the nord lead - maybe time to find one ;-)

  • If filmmaker John Carpenter had this synth in the 70's, the entire viewing audience of the Halloween series would have died of a heart attack.

  • @TomZentra

Well he had the prophet 5, minimoog, arp 2600,arp axxe and a whole bunch of other vintage goodies

  • trippy stuff, wow :-O

  • maddie mccann?

  • This is by far (arguably) your most polished/"preffesional"-sounding demo - i think part of your mixed feelings towards this unit stems from the fact you achieved this great sound with minimal tweaking! DIY ethics are out the window here & you pay a higher price since all the work's been done for you; moreover, the sounds do infact sound really mainstream, lol... still sounds great tho!

  • That's so inspiring. Thank's for sharing.

  • Feel them Pulsing Brash Tones :D

  • pretty nice synth; this like the sort I should get for makin' drum n' bass. But the price though!

I would REALLY appreciate it if you could tell me names of affordable synths similar in sound to this

  • @Ciaran55 Waldorf Blofeld, makes even much much deeper Sound!

  • how the hell do afford all that gear?! you look so young...kudos anyhow, your vids are awesome, wonder why you never respond to any comments...velly myzterius fellow indeed

  • Fantastic!

  • The editing and video style reminds me of the old Buckethead videos.

  • This all sounds like the soundtrack to some kind of awesome zombie film.

  • sniff...so...beautiful...

  • Best ring tone fx ever at 9:00

  • Very creepy. Just the way I like it!

    Another excellent video!

  • 1:42 AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

  • sick!

  • Nord Lead = Broń Masowej Zagłady! Szwedzka czerwień rządzi!

  • Lazy ?I was not asking you, i was asking Jexus about his nord .I checked your pathetic attempt of trying to make music on my space.Your music sounds ammature and unprofessional.I cant belive you use fruity loops!Fruity loops is for musically untalented pc geeks that can`t play any instruments.I use logic,a korg triton extreme, triton , roland sh32 ,nord 2x, tb 303,tr909,moog, 2 guitars, joe meek condenser mic, behringer eurodesk, + mackie monitors . Your music on myspace sounds like spectrum .

  • zombie horses lol

  • I love nord lead 2 x

  • minimal!

  • Japanese say 'Hentai'

    変態

  • Now i'm really confused.

  • I don`t know if you should make horror films of become a Music producer ?Maybe Both !

Either way you will do well. You would give most horror films a run for their money .

Jexus ! I would pay you for the coordinates of some of these filters and lfo`s Lmao !How do you get so much out of you Synths ?

What is that you are using at 15 - 110 ?

Sound like a distorted wa wa filtered up on a saw ?

    I am getting jealous now ! 10/10

  • @TheHoodedMenace08

Use fruity loops lazy man! Or sell your ears! :P

  • f'ing cool.

  • No comment on the actual sounds, just the sound post production/effects:

I don't like the way this sounds in headphones. The stereo image doesn't work well, no depth or ambience either. Also the sounds seem quite loud which suggests lack of dynamic range.

The CS2x video had better balance on above points, though even there it was slightly too wide and loud at times.

  • @fourbarposer: Youtube audio compression sucks. It's not Jexus' fault.

  • Great work as usual, but according to me digital artefact totally lack of interest.

  • haha is SO rob zombie!! haha love it!

  • I always like your demos, but this one is a favourite for the combo of sound and video.

  • you should do the music for eighties horror movies, i belive that music adds to the suspension of horror movies. however you should also release you own music i cant decide which would best suit you haha

  • aaaaaeeeeeya

  • Nice as usual! A question .. what software do you use to edit your film? Looks awesome!

  • f*ck'n good job Jexus.... this machine really seems to be frightened !!

  • This one is right up there with your OB12 video. Great sounds and fun to watch. 5*****

  • no mames amazing!!!

  • great stuff.

  • dope

  • This video is excellent. Really fresh sounds ! :)

  • Nice Noice right there!

  • Never fails to deliver! And this is coming from a synth that he has said he doesn't even like. Very cool. Very smart. Miles ahead from other "synth" dudes still debating crap like analog vs. digital kinda stuff... DONT STOP!! KEEP POSTING!

  • @myrddinemris The oddest thing to me is that this is one of his most creative synth demos as far as whacky sounds go. Especially compared to DX7 one. I'd expect that to be a lot more crazy.

  • @myrddinemris agreed!! showing what hardware can do is the best ...

  • I think you'd be in programming heaven with the nord modular g2.

  • I never liked Rick Emerson anyway!

  • Sent chills down my spine man.

I'm guessing this is why you didn't wan to sell it...

  • I dont know what to say.. its just so creepy 80s dirty, wierd, mood, in a very cool way. I think i am one of your biggest fans. You really inspire me and at the same time opening up a hole new world. Thank you.

  • JESUS!!!ª

  • 10:26 Funky!

  • Crazy Souds. INSANE. The fact that you programmed those sounds is cool. NICE!

  • Sick as always. Love these videos :]

  • is that a tube amp?

  • very very saucy :) kudos good sir! your a better programmer than me (& thats sumin I hate to admit)

  • YES>..o.. more NORD is always awesome

maybe the one synth where i'm against running it thru a VHS machine or whatever that is though

    MORE NORD

  • he runs the synths thru stuff?
