@hittron21 don't give advice if you don't know what you're talking about brah. The orientation those decks are in is by far the most common dj turntable setup.
Props for battling. Small suggestions, don't pay attention to the laptop monitor unless you're searching for tracks and putting them on. Feel the beats, hear them to match them. For mix battling, mix fast. 32 counts.. next! Table is a bit low, position where the top of the tables and mixer so they come up to your waist. Cutting with your arm pointing at that angle doesn't give you a good pressure and movement. Or bend your knees to get the angle if you cant adjust the height. keep at it! =)
@fatalizback well shes spinning with analog turntables and a mixer..shes a begginer and its hard if your new. you still have to beatmatch if you use serato..she does have a laptop but it just provides mp3's. anyways who cares?
wtf is wrong with you guys, she is learning!

She has potential but just a few pointers:
-Turn those decks around to how they are properly set up.
-Show her how to use the pitch adjust so she doesn't have to manually control the tempo.
-Tell her to look up at the crowd every so often and smile juuust a little bit.
I can appreciate her effort. She's almost got it.
Peace

@djthedadi Kinda have to agree with hittron21.
- She spends too much time looking at the computer.
- And it IS a computer?! Doesn't her software beatmatch? And still she manages to get offbeat? Use that pitch, girl!
And tell her to lift her head once in a while. Its 50% of the performance!
But, then again, I wasnt much better myselfe when starting out. Just keep practicing!
