Haha, I believe this is inspired by a Chinese lipstick.My grandma and great grandma used to own these green lipsticks that turned a bright red color.They came in a golden tube usually.

@booms126 i works on every skin it may take longer for it to work on some skins though its aquick on mine and i'm asain but it took about 5 minutes for my other asian friend

I LOVE this lipstick. I have a similar version that costs less than 1$, I bought it for fun, and can't believe how moisturising it is and how long it lasts on the lips. Much more expensive lipsticks don't even last 2hrs.

@LeelayStar It's waterproof. Just wait for it to dry and it won't come off until you're gonna remove it. I have one like that and it's really nice. But to take it off, you'll have to brush your lips with a tooth brush and some tooth paste. Lol. Hope that helped :D.

OMG...Flash back to the 80's! When I was a teenager back in the 80's they used to sell a very similar product at the drug store. It wasn't made by any of the well known drug store brand make-up lines, but it was from a one-off brand that we never heard of again after it was out in the stores for a couple of years. of course I did buy it and try it, so did my Mom. It turned the same shade of bright pink on both of us and stained our lips, so you couldn't rub it off just like you said.

i have it & i love it - i think its a staple for everyone to have cos the colour brings out the natural pigmentation in your lips:D thanks for the review... i have the gloss too, you should buy it cos they look so pretty together:)x
