  • Is this an Indian version of braised lamb shank? Or a different version all together? I bet though with all the great spices it would smell and taste amazing. By any chance also, could you use a pre-made curry paste of some sort?

  • I love hearing the cicadas in the background, they make me miss NZ!

  • Great video, really simple dish to make yet very mouth watering!! I would add cocanut milk for extra thickness and flavour and also selection of vegi's!!
