I agree 100% i also try alot of fad diets never worked for me gained more then i weight before i even try it now am on a all natural healthy plan its about changing your lifestyle not doing diets that wont last in the long term and wont teach you anything except bad eating plans like cutting out all carbs which isnt good for you .

I use marinara sauce and/or tabasco sauce as salad dressing. In fact, I eat everything I possibly can with inexorable amounts of hot sauce or jalapenos and other hot spices. Food items that are "spicy" for most people...has become entirely tolerable by me. Things that are "spicy" for me...are usually intolerable by most people. haha

Nice tips. But I'm assuming your audience is er, stupid people? No offence, my ex is also a "stupid person", the kind who thinks that eating crackers doesn't count because they're small (really!). My point is that North Americans seem to have no clue about nutrition. Amazing that you have to tell people that they should avoid white bread! And that extra virgin olive oil is better for you than processed salad dressing. Hmmm...glad I live in Italy!

Great Tips!! I also think that if you order a vegetable broth soup in a restaurant before the main meal is served, it can help you eat less. Restaurant portion sizes are too large and yes, you are right, they are full of butter and cheese which is full of fat and calories. I limit eating out because the food is not only fattening but unhealthy.

I have lost about 80s lbs just changing how I live!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is sooooo right! I eat only nutritious stuff that my body needs. High Fiber, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, seeds, beans, nuts, whole grains! I also have acne free skin now!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It takes chemical processing to make wheat white. You can bleach it naturally in the sun but it takes several weeks and is too expensive for most companies to do profitably. In europe it is illeagal to bleach flour!

Some good points, but I believe a little butter is good for you - not a whole stick though!!
And dessert is fine if you share it. That way you only have 1 or 2 spoonfuls.
And chew gum? No way - all the atificial sweeteners in it!!
