  • Same combo everytime. Jab, straight left, left hook to the body, straight left

  • I know everyone loves Penn, but I thought Jens was brilliant on The Ultimate Fighter as a coach. Not just his coaching skills, I just thought he came across as a top bloke.

  • Don't look the other way when fighting Jens...

  • i fukin love pulvers stand-up

  • two balls....I'm too much strong....I break the asses to both...shit !!!!!

  • there's almost an invisible hit right to Naoya's face at 3:50

  • Wow, Jens lost his accent.

  • @TheSchoolWorld HAHAHA!!!

  • jens pulver's striking is pretty damn good.......he went toe to toe with Gomi

  • The Japanese announcer orgasmed in unison with the knockout....

  • damn jens pulver

  • jens is talking funny when hes interviewed

  • @takamine: Fast forward you idiot. Where's your video?

Great video. I miss the old Jens Pulver.

  • man his got a mean ass body shot with that left

  • Thought the red head was dn hardy

  • Jens lost his fight. But he will never lose my support.

  • Yeah JENS!i am praying for him to win his fight in march 6.

  • Wow! Excellent video.

  • jens pulvaaaah !

  • naoya umematsu is well known jiu jitsu grappler.

wow i never knew he tried MMA in 2004.

  • Jens is the man.

  • wicked nice!

  • Good Fight, mage a new playlist

  • bodyshot!!!!!!!!!!

  • pulver sounds hella weird in that interview. sdoesnt sound the way he normally does

  • that guy got tagged

  • wow that guy has heavy hands...

  • I think one of Jens' only real weaknesses are fighters that don't give'em time to think, cuz his ground games good his takedowns good and without a doubt his stand ups good but he's not used to fighters that control the pace

  • man i wish pulver would keep using his striking skills like he did in the past.hes got great boxing but alot of weakneses.

  • Jens Pulver was KO'd by Takanori Gomi. That fighter Jens beat isn't even a top ranked or well known in Japan.

  • Damned good fight though, that fight made me fans of both fighters.

  • Yes. But Jens Pulver has fought and beat alot of the best. He's beat BJ, Caol Uno, and put up a hell of a fight against Urijah Faber.

  • When's that? I know that Caol Uno rarely or I think never won when went to UFC so I'm sure a fighter like Jens would beat the crap out of him but BJ Penn? I've never heard of that one before. When was that?

  • He beat BJ at UFC 35 in 2002.

  • Cool, thanks for the info.

  • those body shots man, those really take your wind out bad.. i've been using those in practice a lot lately.. so my coach told me to check some pulver's fights... i'm nothing close to be as good as jens is, but hope some day to be as good as him tho.

  • buakaw is great, but what does that have to do with shuto or mma?

  • Awesome body shots by JP, damn south paws...

  • pulver pega durisimo

  • Man jens looked really sharp in this fight.

  • because he was knocked silly

  • jens is such a badass

  • how come they dont speak american

  • How come you don't speak Japanese?

  • haha i was trying to be funny but your better at it

  • Man those body shots are a thing of beauty.

  • super cool!

  • jens is a bad mother. Maple Valley bitches!

  • Urijah Faber = overrated. Jens Pulver would own him

  • Only way to know for sure is for them to fight. My money's on Jens.

  • GotDamn Jens has a fast left hand, he was killing him with those body blows.

  • u mean jens will own him on june 1st 9 oclock on vs.

  • who the fuck is that? jus kidding but i hate hate that guy

  • Maybe, but Faber was ahead of him the entire match. Power wise, Physical wise, and speed wise.

  • undefeated at 145? former UFC champ? chokes out swanson in 35 seconds? already faced more outside the ring then faber ever will inside? No you cant count out Jens.

  • Never denied he was good at one point, but you can't stay on top in this game forever.

  • of course not. but hes not past his prime yet. He hasn't had this much to fight for in a while. hes finally found a stage for his natural weight class (again hes undefeated at 145. I expect a performance akin to the first penn fight, same motivation, same underdog status. same wonderboy opponent. except the fact that fabers smaller. yeah hes 34 which sounds old for a fighter, until you think of couture at 48 another fighter with the same kind of up and down record as Jens.

  • I agree Jens is a pro. Fabers is Nice but ya cant take somebody that hits as hard a pulver out.

  • these damn fools who have never met jens and never gotten in the ring or octagon are all the time judging true fighters. jens has so much heart and he is truly grounded and humble. he is an ass kicker and a champ. i love the guy as do thousands of people.

  • You guys are all so blind, styles make fights yamamoto would lose because he is arrogant and he would want to trade pundhes with jens. Yamamoto ko's people who cannot box as good as jens and that would be yamamoto's fatal mistake. Remember Jens is a pro boxer, Yamamoto=slugger/wrestler. I wouldn't say Jens would destroy Yamamoto, but he would not be beaten so easy because his experience and power.

  • Kid Koed Ian Schaffa better striker than Jens.

Kid is a better striker than Lauzon who Koed Pulver as well.

Kid is better at every aspect of MMA

  • nice there

but that chinese or japanese guy was quick in kicking like gals hahahaha

  • bit of a ignorant comment tbh considering the pain pulver is in at 2:48 when uetmatsu connects with his knee

  • Kid Yamamoto will murder this guy in a second!!!

  • Why do all of you have to try and insult the fighters. Bj is good Jens is good, both won a fight against each other. I don't like Bj but i don't insult him. As for Jens having no class or respect is just plain stupid.

  • thecodman69: Jens lost to BJ because BJ is a better fighter. Period.

  • And the time Jens beat BJ in the Title fight?

  • I contend that BJ was the better fighter when Jens defended his title. I think that BJ underestimated Jens, and consequently, took him lightly and did not apply himself.

  • bj took the easy way going ground.

its all on what jens trained. not bj.

    bj takedown=win

    pulver sprawl braWL=win

bj got the takedowns that simple

  • pulver is a has been i think he has no style or respect and penn beat the shit out of him

  • Just cause Jens lost to BJ doesn't mean he's a bad fighter...BJ is a beast man everyone knows it. Everyone also knows all it would take is for Jens to hit him with a good shot and take him out..

  • bj penn is gonna kick his whitetrash ass

  • BOOM

  • Its funny how Pulver is speaking in broken English for the Japanese audience.

  • raver416: I know. It almost sounds condescending, but I'm pretty sure that Jens did not do it out of malice.

  • that was sorta sad...

  • Thought it'd be good to include the pre-match introductions and post-match interviews. If you were really concerned you could have skipped the post match talk.

  • first
