@furglpswebkinz No, you can download it for free. I believe you have to purchase a registry code to get ride of the hypercam2 tag on the corner though.

Well if you have hypercam 2 (which is what we have) then you click "screen area" at the top tab, then you can click "select region". You then can click around the area you want.
