Sorry for my english, but I think, that only guy on a small scooter (yamaha neo's + a tall rider, like 190 cm) or Vespa, or other small scooter looks little bit gay. You know, that position, when your knees are before the headlights...
BUT scooters (no matter, what size) are more useful in big cities than motorcycle.
Max scooters? I'm Yamaha Majesty YP250 '98, and Yamaha TDM 850 '91 owner.
I like both: scooter in the city (no clutch, gears), and TDM (clutch, gears, V-max) when going for long way
When will they sell this in US ?..by the way, can't believe people use material stuff to let believe others what's their gender is, this let me think that if you have a big bike you are a macho man ... hmmm?
I've had numerous bikes, from 150 CC Suzuki Raider, all the way to a BMW, Norton, Harley(2 of them), Hondas, and Yamahas. But my favorite bike by far is my new SYM VTS 200 Scooter. It's pure joy when I ride it. It handles like nothing else I've ever owned. It feels like a pod. You feel like you are in total control of where it goes. And it's so comfortable.
I just bought a 250cc from a person who bought from you. It has 100 miles on it. I now have a problem: The engine shake a lot when I start, and it getting smoother when get 25 miles /hour. What need to be adjust?
You didn't understand the concept of the ad. The executive guy is contemplating his work day and leaving for home, friends, wherever. He is riding in comfort & ease while taking in all the scenery. The thought of his workday events have been replaced with the enjoyment of riding this scooter. His smiling at the end expressed that. I thought this was a brilliant ad. BTW just showing the scooter wouldn't sell it. Now, showing performance, safety, ease of use, features, and and the fun factor will!
I'm sorry, I just want to see what the bike looks like, they didnt show it enough, it looks awesome! No offense, in my humble opinion there were too many meetings and too much thinking behind that commercial.
WOW! You would deny the 1st amendment rights of others, except for yourself. Your limited vocabulary, name calling & belittlement is proof of ignorance run amok. As for scooters being gay...I never knew that they had a sexual orientation. Oh, you mean gays ride scooters. If that is so, and you are a homophobe, why were you viewing scooters on YouTube? BTW I have met numerous scooter riders, from all walks of life, ranging from college students to combat veterans to married grandparents.
(coutinued) When asked why they chose a scooter over a motorcycle, the first reason usually given was ease of use & comfort. Imagine that. It wasn't because of cost. I met a Vietnam combat vet who tried a Suzuki Burgman 650 Exec scooter. He liked it so much he sold his H-D motorcycle, and bought 2scooters; one for himself, and one for his wife. He stated they really enjoy traveling & sight seeing together on their scooters. So if being happy couple on scooters means being gay...so be it!
@inkdatson People buy these scooters because of the easy ride and comfort. The term u use "Scooters are gay " is so 20th century . get with the 21st century or fade away like the rest of the homophobes
looks like the kymco...

i have 2 bikes, a honda magna, and a honda silverwing. for ease of use, longer trips, and 20 mpg better gas mileage, the scooter wins.

Now this was the 250cc scooter that Yamaha should have imported into the U.S. Rather than the Morpheous.
