You know, before I started my current project, I had looked at these miniature cannons. When I was younger, however, I used to build black powder cap and ball pistols and rifles. So I decided to move up the scale. My current project - a full size 1857 12 pound Napolean field gun, with original specs of the federal arsenals Civil War. By the way, .69 and .58 caliber were used in the muskets of the Civil War. Nice cannon you have there.

Whats the cost on one of those things?
.69 cal eh? what if one was to mount it on a stock? make a nice little smoothy? cone the muzzle and you got yourself a poor boy blunderbus.

This mini-cannon was a gift i think it cost about 400 $. But it´s difficult to get bullets in cal.69.
