You are right, but by uploading many of my songs on youtube, I increase the probability of someone fall on one of them and says "this is my song, not your's".

Since those songs are from me, I know that this will never happen, otherwise why would I take this risk? This is what I tried to explain with the astronaut on this vid at 2:19 .

I play the guitar tracks but for the drum I use a software called Acoustica BeatCraft. There is no bass guitar.

My guitar is a B.C. Rich NJ Series. For the computer connection, recording and sound effects, I use the M-Audio JamLab USB device. For Friday, I used SoundForge for the mixing but now, I use REAPER(an amazing software for both recording and mixing).

I also have a Peavey Stereo Chorus 400 amplifier but I rarely use it because the neighborhood doesn't appreciate it as I do ;)

And since you seem to ask for details, my distortion come from the BOSS Metal Zone pedal. Too high frequency I know, but still a good distortion compared to virtual computer generated distortions.

I work on some other songs but I don't have too much time to finish those. And most of all, my personal computer is about to die(without a fully fonctional computer I can't do anything).

If I can fix my compturer, or find money to buy a new one, I will have some other songs to post in a near future.

This song was not supposed to be a final version but since it sound not so bad I never worked on it since I recorded this first version.

I put an other link for a song I made one year ago. For this one I really worked hard. The sound is not as good as I can do now but I'm still proud of it.

Yes you're right! The MetalZone pedal provide one of the best distortion available but it's frequency is much too high. I don't know why Boss never resolved this serious problem.

I found some tricks to improve it's sound, like tuning the distortion level switch at the quarter, decreasing the high frequencies with both pedal and software equalizers and using the high frequency's filter in SoundForge.

I think I got a good result with my Terminator version but it still need some improvements.

Did you notice that the sound is the same than terminator? Anybody who know metal music can reconize a Metal Zone distortion.

And anybody who know musics can tell that there is no Bass guitar on my songs. And I know it because I never played bass on it (I don't own a bass guitar).

I can also post my terminator version without the lead Guitar. If I didn't make it, how could I found that?

Your are right. I listened it after I read the comment from seanw23 and this song is already kinda metal and it's far from my style. I like to compose original metal songs or doing metal versions of pure non-metal themes.

And like I wrote above, my songs are on standby until I find a way to make my computer working well(my pc is very unstable and often crash, a very bad behavior while recording tracks).

Because like you can see, my sound is not so good compared to most metal bands. So, making a cover of their songs would be useless for me.

Maybe some people like to make metal covers of metal songs but I will not waste my time to cover a song that is better than all I could do with my poor equipment.
