All of you commenters have crazy scenarios to beat level Omega, but there is a VERY simple way to beat it that does not require cheating. If I get 10 thumbs up here, I will post another comment saying how to do this. This method actually can beat level Omega in 10-35 seconds, or less than that range if you're lucky. Don't believe me? getting through all 6 only losing 5 times or less is easy, like ChompyMew said, you really just need to find one or two moves that causes the opponent to crash and keep doing them

on omega, i believe you start off playing a game of chicken with the computer, then when theres one space in between you and him, drive straight down till you reach the wall and turn right. after that turn to go back up, and go underneith your starting line. You're trapped, but theres a glitch on every level, and on this one, the computer player goes down the hole in between where you and him played chicken earlier, and he should die faster than you. It takes a while to get it.

In case you haven't found out the easy way to do it yet, just go to the very edge of the level, leaving no room, and the computer will crash. Works every time.
