I love European and Aussie accents, and I hate when instead using their accent they speak with the American one.

Nothing wrong with American accent but I just find Irish, Scottish and Aussie accent so sexy...

@xxxluarosaxxx My thoughts exactly! I haven't seen one movieor series with Alex where it should be required for him to speak american english in my opion. Except Hawaii 5-0 because it is a remake. I have at least three movies and some scenes from a fourth so far when he spoke his own accent and I loved it. Mick St.John could easily an Aussie. I wonder if you adapt the american accent after a while. What is more, I love his voice and what an eye candy! I bought Oyster Farmer because of him ;).

@wbakss Sometimes it's easier for actors to maintain the American accent throughout rather than try to transition back and forth. That could be what's happening here. Also, some foreign actors intentionally lose as much of their accent as possible to give themselves a broader appeal for roles, especially if they're working the LA/NY markets.

yes he is australian. sometimes actors stay in the 'american mode' though so they dont stuff up the accent when shooting scenes. u kno robert pattinson? he's british but in some of his interviews he speaks american too.
